Weekly update: Sharing my successes and failures

1. I skipped 2 days in a row without writing here.
And to be honest, I still feel burnt out I don't know what to write.
I don't know if it's sustainable. I feel as if I've lost all my energy.
Maybe I just need another day to rest and recuperate and I'll feel better tomorrow.

2. I've failed the second run of my no Instagram for 60 days experiment.
On Day 12, I logged onto Instagram to post a story for the event I attended over the weekend.
I could have not done it, but I did and I feel the need to talk about it.

Here's what I'm going to do. I'm going to start all over again. Day 1 will be on 3rd April 2023.

3. I gave myself some horrible sleep this week.
Every night, I probably only slept for 6 hours max.
I wrote, tweeted, helped out with editing and made some changes for the event I threw my sleep out the window.

This coming week, I aim to be in bed by 10.15 p.m.

4. I tweeted everyday for the week.
At least an original and the rest was retweeting of other creators' amazing tweets or thread.

In the new week, I aim to up that to 2 tweets a day.

5. I realise that I really love to share things I've learnt.
I'm no keeper of good things.
Good things are meant to be shared with the world.
I am also a firm believer of the world having more than enough for everyone.

6. I started on reading a new book: Manifest by Roxie Nafousi.
This book have been kept in my cupboard since my birthday last year.
I haven't found the opportunity to open it but now I have.

You know what's coming. I'm definitely sharing my key takeaways from the book!

7. I've done my reflection and homework for life every single day of the week
(except for Saturday evening when I crashed).
I have 494 entries in my Homework for life page on Notion and even though I failed to write yesterday, I'm really proud of continuing this ritual before bed since January 3rd 2021.

What's your story 3 years ago today?

If you haven't started doing your homework for life, definitely go check it out!

8. I've done my best for the whole week and I'm proud of myself.
Do you stop and look back at your successes and failures?
Do you reflect upon them?
What can you do better next week?
What would you like to stop doing?

How was your week? Share them with me by typing a comment.
